Planning
- Separating your property into more than one lot.
- Adding a second home onto an existing lot.
- Proposing a commercial establishment over 800 gallons per day.
Permitting
- You have an existing vacant lot that you wish to build on.
- You have an existing home and wish to upgrade the septic system.
- You have an existing septic system on your lot, but it has not been used for over 1 year.
- You need to repair your septic system which includes the septic tank or the drainfield.
